S-Bahn Basel ili puno ime Regio S-Bahn Basel je železnički sistem održavan sa strane švajcarskih državnih železnica (SBB) koji uglavnom prevozi putnike u severno-zapadnoj Švajcarskoj (kantoni Basel-Stadt, Basel-Land, Solothurn, Aargau) pa čak I regije Alsace (F) I Baden-Württemberg (D), odnosno francuske gradove poput Mulhouse-a I Porretruy i nemački Weil am Rhein I Freiburg im Breisgau.
S-Bahn Basel je deo tarifnog sistema TNW (Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz).
